📌 113-2 Semester UCAN online survey for in-class assessments is open until March 31 (Monday) at 17:00. Advisors and faculty, please fill out the form!

1. Based on the Ministry of Education letter No. 1090114510, dated August 5, 2020.

2. To effectively assist students in understanding their career development direction and enhance their workplace employment-related skills with clear goals and motivation, the Ministry of Education launched the "University Career & Competency Assessment Network (UCAN)" in 2009.

3. Statistical data from the assessments will be provided for the Ministry of Education’s Higher Education Deepening Program data reporting. To support this program, our center plans to conduct assessments for students from freshmen to seniors in the 113 academic year's second semester.

(1) Online survey form submission deadline: From now until March 31 (Monday) at 17:00.

(2) In-class assessment period: From March 3 (Monday) to March 31 (Monday). The assessment will take approximately 20 minutes. It is recommended to align with required courses or class meetings. Teachers will be reminded via email the day before, and personnel will be assigned to the designated classroom for the assessment on the scheduled day.

 

4. If teachers and students cannot align with the in-class assessment period, they may conduct the UCAN group assessment during class meetings or other available times. Please refer to the UCAN assessment operation instructions for steps. The assessment items and student login accounts and passwords for each grade level are as follows:

  • 如遇登入異常時,請至本中心網頁「職涯規劃(UCAN)」填寫線上「UCAN施測異常通報表」,處理完畢後以E-mail通知學生信箱,學生再自行施測即可。
