"Academic Year 112 Dream-building at Sea/New Southbound Dream-building at Sea Project Campus Selection Brief"

1. Basis:
   In accordance with the Ministry of Education's revised regulations on subsidies for sending students from domestic universities abroad for research or professional internships (hereinafter referred to as "these guidelines").

2. Objectives:

  1. Building Dreams in the Academic Sea: Utilizing international cooperation project channels, selecting students to intern in companies and organizations abroad in non-New Southbound countries (excluding mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau). The university will arrange the internship institutions and plan the internship field to enrich the internship program, implement the integration of learning and application, and strengthen career and life counseling.
  2.  New Southbound Dream-building at Sea: Selecting students to intern in companies and organizations with development potential in New Southbound countries to cultivate domestic students' understanding of the cultural lifestyle and background of these countries. This helps future deepening of relationships and cooperation development with these countries.

3. Eligibility:
   - (1) Project Leader: Should be a full-time faculty member of the university, and may appoint one co-principal investigator who can be a full-time or part-time faculty member.
   - (2) Selected Students:

  1. Must have the nationality of the Republic of China, be registered in Taiwan, and have been studying at the university for more than one semester. Excludes domestic and overseas in-service special class students.
  2. Must meet the university's specified professional and language proficiency requirements.
  3. Selection of students from other schools is allowed, and the consent of the original school must be obtained by submitting an agreement letter for the student to participate in the university's overseas internship program during their enrollment period.
  4. Students should maintain enrollment status during the overseas internship period, not suspend or withdraw from school. After the internship, they should report back to the university. Violators will be required to reimburse the subsidy received according to the administrative contract and return it to the Ministry of Education.
  5. The same applicant, in the same educational stage, is limited to one subsidy.

4. Application Process:

  1.  Deadline for Submission: From now until March 3, 112 (Friday) at 5:00 pm.
  2. Project leaders who wish to apply should fill out the project proposal in the specified format and submit the Word electronic file to the Employment Guidance and Alumni Service Center for compilation within the deadline.
