Reason:
The Changhua County Government formulated this plan in order to encourage young people to stay in their hometowns, return to their hometowns or move to the county to stabilize their employment, and to encourage enterprises in the county to increase wages and benefits and cultivate outstanding young talents.

Applicants:
1. This program is applicable to young people of local nationality who are registered in this county and are between 18 and 45 years old (hereinafter referred to as youth), and meet one of the following qualifications: (1) Youth staying in their hometown
: Those who are not in school and seeking employment in the county for the first time.
(2) Youth returning to their hometowns: those whose household registration is in the county and who have returned to their hometowns from other places to find employment.
(3) Immigrant youth: those who have moved their household registration to this county and are employed in this county.
2. Young people who meet the qualifications mentioned above and have been employed by the same employer for more than 30 consecutive days and meet the following requirements may apply to the government for stable employment subsidies: (1) Participate in labor insurance in accordance with the law
.
(2) The actual place of work is within the jurisdiction of this county.
(3) Employed full-time on a monthly basis with a salary of more than NT$28,000 (the same below).
The provisions of the first paragraph of the preceding paragraph also apply to young people who are employed in an institution with less than 5 employees and only participate in employment insurance.
The determination of the employment period in Paragraph 1 shall be calculated from the date when the young person takes labor insurance or employment insurance to take effect. The period of stay without pay shall not be included in the employment period of this plan.

Subsidy amount:
Qiandian Stable Employment Grant, after approval, will be awarded 2,000 yuan per month for a maximum of 6 months, totaling 12,000 yuan.
