Recruitment Guidelines for Companies and Non-Profit Organizations**

Our university is located on the outlying island of Kinmen County, Taiwan, and to provide job opportunities for our students and Kinmen County residents, we are organizing a Campus Recruitment Expo. We invite companies from various industries across Taiwan to set up recruitment booths at our university. Employers can personally recruit talents that align with their company culture. Simultaneously, we aim to provide immediate employment opportunities for our graduating students, alleviate post-graduation job-seeking pressure, and offer resume check booths during the event. Global Career Development Facilitators (GCDF) will be present to review resumes, provide career counseling advice, and assist job seekers with any queries. This event aims to enhance employment matchmaking opportunities, promote diverse interactions and job opportunities, and foster collaboration between the business and academic sectors.

Event Details:
- For companies from Taiwan: Check-in and setup at the university gymnasium on May 14, 2024, from 13:30 to 17:30.
- Campus Recruitment Expo: May 15, 2024, from 08:00 to 17:30
- Event Venue: National Quemoy University Gymnasium (No.1, Daxue Rd., Jinning Township, Kinmen County)

Target Audience:
- National Quemoy University students, alumni, and Kinmen County residents.

Registration Information:
- Registration Period: From now until 5:00 PM on January 19, 2024.

• Eligibility for Company Registration:

1. Only companies offering salaries above the legal minimum wage are accepted.
2. Companies with no records of unapproved registration, past complaints, unclear business operations, involvement in pyramid schemes, or other adverse records are accepted.
3. Companies should fill out the "Company Recruitment Information Form" for full-time, part-time, and internship positions.
4. To ensure transparency and completeness, consulting and dispatching companies must explicitly recruit for businesses or public sectors, and recruitment information must be clear.
5. Please email the completed "2024 National Quemoy University Campus Recruitment Expo Registration Form (Word file)," "Company Recruitment Information Form (Excel file)," and "Company Logo (PNG file)" to easc@email.nqu.edu.tw to complete registration.

• Non-profit Organizations:

1. Only social organizations, professional groups, international offices, and internationally recognized private organizations registered with the Ministry of the Interior are eligible.
2. Please email the completed "2024 National Quemoy University Campus Recruitment Expo Registration Form (Word file)" and "Promotional Logo (PNG file)" to easc@email.nqu.edu.tw to complete registration.

- Successfully registered companies and non-profit organizations will receive a "Registration Success Notification." If no notification is received, feel free to inquire by phone.
- The event is free of charge for venue and equipment. Companies and non-profit organizations are welcome to sponsor prizes for lucky draws to increase the event's excitement and their exposure.
- The university reserves the right to review, decide, and make changes, and has the authority to interpret and adjudicate the event rules.

Event Guidelines:
- During the event, full participation is required, and the following activities are prohibited:

•  No commercial activities are allowed on-site.
•  Do not use microphones or amplifiers that create noise and may disturb other exhibitors.
• Prohibition of distributing non-exhibitor content pamphlets inside and outside the event venue and at entrances.
• No smoking is allowed in the entire area of the university.

- To track the employment status of job seekers and provide follow-up employment services, participating companies are requested to mark whether they have tentatively hired candidates in the "Company Remarks" section of the resume and provide a copy of the resume to event staff for compilation and record of job seeker information and hiring status at the end of the event.
- The venue is not responsible for the security of exhibited items; participating companies are advised to insure their exhibited items for the duration of the exhibition period.
- If promotional materials are sent in advance of the event, please send them between April 19 and April 26, 113, and contact the contact person in advance.
