[Announcement and Form] Application for the refund of miscellaneous internship fees for the second semester of the academic year 112 is accepted starting from February 19th and will be closed on March 8th.

National Quemoy University Announcement on Refund of Miscellaneous Internship Fees for the Second Semester of the Academic Year 112

 

1. Students who participated in off-campus internships for the entire academic year/semester during the second semester of the academic year 112 may apply for a refund of miscellaneous fees before March 8, 113.

2. Regulations for handling miscellaneous fees for students engaged in off-campus internships for the entire semester: According to Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the "Regulations for the Establishment of Professional Internship Courses for Daytime Undergraduate Departments of the University," students enrolled in off-campus internship courses for a semester or academic year, who intern exclusively at off-campus institutions without taking other courses for the entire semester, will be charged full tuition fees for that semester, with a limit of four-fifths of miscellaneous fees. Students can apply for a refund after the add/drop period ends and after confirmation by the department. Students whose departments pay internship-related fees to the internship institution during the internship period are not eligible for fee reduction.

3. Procedures and forms for refunding miscellaneous fees:

(a) Required documents:

(1) National Quemoy University Student Off-Campus Internship Miscellaneous Fee Refund Application Form (available for download on the university website under the Career Counseling and Alumni Services Center - Rules and Forms - [Forms] Internship Related Forms).

(2) Copy of the front cover of the student's passbook.

(3) Copy of the payment receipt from Taiwan Bank.

(4) For students with student loans, please provide Taiwan Bank's insurance policy and payment receipts.

 

(b) Application process: (1) Students submit their applications and complete application forms to their departments' offices. (2) The department collects and submits the completed application forms to the Career Counseling and Alumni Services Center. (3) Refunds will be processed in sequence after the cases are reviewed.

Handling units: (a) Handling unit: Career Counseling and Alumni Services Center. (b) Reviewing units: Academic Affairs Division, Activities Guidance Division, Cashier's Office.
