1. The classes are organized by the Kaohsiung City Solar Energy Equipment Installation Association and aim to train professionals for the city's solar energy and net-zero carbon industries. Unemployed individuals aged 15 and above (excluding full-time students) can apply. Both classes are part of the Ministry of Labor's Youth Pre-Employment Training Incentive Program, with participants aged 15-29 eligible to receive a monthly stipend of NT$8,000.

(1) Optoelectronics Certification Class:

1. No prior industrial-related learning experience required to apply.
2. Application Deadline: October 11, 2024.
3. Training Period: October 21, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
4. Training Content and Career Path: This class will prepare participants for the "Indoor Wiring Level C" and "Solar Photovoltaic Level B" certifications. It will also provide industry connections and post-training guidance for employment in the solar energy sector.

(2) Energy Conservation & Net-Zero Certification Class:

1. Application Deadline: October 7, 2024.
2. Training Period: October 15, 2024, to December 11, 2024.
3. Training Content and Career Path: This class will prepare participants for the Ministry of Economic Affairs' iPAS certification as a Net-Zero Carbon Planning Manager. Post-training guidance will be provided for job placements in net-zero management roles across various industries.
