Labor Ministry "113-114 Academic Year College and University Workplace Visit - First Half of 114" Workplace Visit ~ Registration starts now ~

1. The campus application deadline is extended to 1/22 (Wed) 17:00.
2. Program duration: 114/03/03 - 06/30
3. Eligible applicants: All colleges, departments, and administrative units of the university.
4. Application method: Please refer to the attached "Company List, Visit Process Example," and fill out the "114 Company Visit Application Form" based on the event planning requirements. If the event is a two-day, one-night visit, please fill out the two-day, one-night dedicated application form. Submit the completed form to the center's email at easc@nqu.edu.tw by the deadline.
5. Approval results: Awaiting notification of Labor Ministry review results, and the center will inform the departments and units that have applied.

※ Note: The Labor Ministry's selection criteria are based on the following priority order:

First Phase

1. Taiwanese nationality students.
2. Graduating students.
3. Graduating students and the next year's graduates participating together.
4. Next year's graduates.
5. Publicly organized by the university, the target participants for the activity are not limited to any specific department/year.

Second Phase

1. Departments related to the enterprises to be visited.
2. Those with a lower percentage of approved cases in the "Labor Ministry Workforce Development Agency Northern, Keelung, and Hualien Branch - College and University Workplace Visit Program" compared to the total number of applications by the university (department).
3. Those with a lower percentage of approved cases in the "Labor Ministry Workforce Development Agency Northern, Keelung, and Hualien Branch - Employment Services Subsidy Program for Colleges and Universities" compared to the total number of applications by the university (department).

◆ Please ensure that the actual number of students attending is at least 30.

◆ This project subsidizes meal fees (NT$100 per meal per person), insurance (travel insurance), and bus fees, with the travel insurance and bus shuttle handled by Career Employment Information Co., Ltd.

(★ Updated addition: For "two-day, one-night" visits, "accommodation fees" can be subsidized. The accommodation location cannot be chosen and will be arranged by the organizing company.)

◆ Tasks that need to be assisted by the applying unit/department instructor: Collect insurance information, borrow classrooms, apply for temporary suspension of buses on campus, order lunch boxes, etc.

◆ If the company is not on the approved list, please provide the contact information for the company.
