1. Event Name: 2025 National Kinmen University Campus Recruitment Fair
2. Event Purpose:
National Kinmen University, located on the remote Taiwanese island of Kinmen, aims to provide more job opportunities for its students and the residents of Kinmen County. To achieve this, we are hosting the 2025 Campus Recruitment Fair. The event invites companies from all industries across Taiwan to set up recruitment booths, allowing employers to personally select talent that aligns with their company culture. This gives our graduating students the opportunity for immediate employment and helps reduce post-graduation job-search pressure. During the event, there will be a resume review booth, and GCDF (Global Career Development Facilitator) professionals will offer expert advice and career counseling to job seekers, addressing any issues they face in the job search process. The goal is to enhance employment matching opportunities, foster diverse interactions between students and employers, and realize the ideal of utilizing each person’s talents. This initiative will also deepen cooperation between the business and academic sectors, creating more internship and career counseling opportunities, contributing to the local economy and social development.
