[Internship Target]
Our expectations for interns:
We are not afraid of interns saying "I don’t know," but we are afraid of interns saying "I don’t want to."
We expect interns to be "very proactive" in helping with various tasks;
"Very initiative," proactively discovering areas where help is needed, actively assisting, identifying problems, and solving them.

[Internship Period]

1. Summer Internship: From July 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025 (Preference will be given to those who can complete two full months of internship. The summer internship will not calculate the internship period by hours or days.)
2. Internship Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-12:00, 13:30-18:00, 8 hours per day.
   *12:00-13:30 is lunch break; the organization does not provide meals, and interns need to go out for meals.
   PS. If there are activities that require support on Saturday or Sunday, interns will be asked if they can coordinate their time to assist.

Interns can take another day off during weekdays if they assist on weekends.

[Application Qualifications]

1. Passionate about work, punctual, and able to support the organization’s various tasks.
2. Strong learning ambition, humble, and polite.
3. Those with expertise in graphic design, photography, videography, post-production graphics, and video editing software will be given priority.
4. Previous experience as a volunteer or related volunteer service experience will be given priority.

[How to Apply]Please go to our website and fill out the "Student Internship Personal Resume" (Deadline for submission: 12:00 AM, April 20, 2025). Submit it to our organization, and the planning department will arrange interviews (tentatively scheduled for April 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at Victory Voice Broadcasting Company, 22, Section 1, Jianzheng Road, West Central District, Tainan). After confirmation of acceptance, a formal application letter must be sent from the department office to our organization.
