1. Handled according to the Executive Yuan’s letter No. 1145003877A dated March 10, 114.

2. The aforementioned amended guidelines are formulated in accordance with Article 4 of the "Technical and Vocational Education Act", which states that, to cultivate talents that meet the needs of national economic and industrial development, a comprehensive review should be conducted and announced at least once every two years, and the revisions must be approved by the "Technical and Vocational Education Review Committee" convened by the Executive Yuan.

3. The K-12 Education Administration of the Ministry of Education, all municipalities, and county (city) governments are requested to forward this to all subordinate senior high schools and below to help them understand the vision, goals, and key developments of Taiwan’s future technical and vocational education policies. This will also help respond to future societal and industrial development needs, enabling technical and vocational education to continuously enhance its strengths and competitiveness while facing changing societal and industrial structures, international trends, and challenges.
