【2024-2025 College Campus Workplace Visits】
Registration for the second half of 2025 is now open~

On-campus application period: From now until Wednesday, June 25, 2025, 5:00 PM

Program execution period: September 15 to November 28, 2025

Eligible applicants: All colleges, departments, and administrative units of the university
-
Application method:
(1) Please refer to the attached "Company List and Visit Process Example" and fill out the "2025 Company Visit Application Form" based on your activity planning needs. Note: This application does not include overnight (two-day, one-night) company visits.
(2) Submit the completed application form via email to the center at easc@nqu.edu.tw before the deadline. -
Approval results: Wait for the Ministry of Labor’s review results. The center will notify the departments and units that submitted applications.
⚠️⚠️ Screening criteria by Ministry of Labor Northern Branch (in order of priority): ⚠️⚠️
1️⃣ First Stage

Students who are citizens of the country

Current-year graduates
-
Current and next-year graduates participating together
-
Next-year graduates
-
School-organized open events where participating students are not restricted by department or grade
2️⃣ Second Stage

Departments with relevance to the companies to be visited

Departments/schools with a lower approval ratio for the "College Campus Workplace Visit Program" applications

Departments/schools with a lower approval ratio for the "Employment Service Subsidy Program in collaboration with Colleges" applications

Please ensure a minimum attendance of 30 students at the actual event.

This program subsidizes meals (NT$100 per meal per person), insurance (travel insurance), and bus transportation, with Career Employment Information Co., Ltd. handling travel insurance and bus arrangements.

Teachers are asked to assist with: collecting insurance information, booking meeting rooms, applying for temporary bus suspensions on campus, and ordering boxed lunches.
