Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts] 2026 Spring Break Internship – On-campus application deadline: October 20

【Internship Unit】Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts
【Eligible Applicants】Those with a specific need or interest in practical training related to art museums, including domestic and international university graduate students, undergraduate students, and members of the public, may apply through the Education and Public Service Division of the museum (hereinafter referred to as the receiving unit).

【Internship Period】Internship dates and times are fixed. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to the full duration:

  1. Spring Break Internship:
    (1) Internship Dates: From Tuesday, January 13 to Friday, May 29.
    (2) Internship Schedule: Monday to Friday, or Tuesday to Saturday.

【Internship Allowance】No salary is provided during the internship. Transportation, accommodation, and meals are to be covered by the intern.

【Application Documents】
Applicants must have basic computer skills and follow the museum’s internship application guidelines. The required documents are:
(1) One copy of the internship application form.
(2) An official letter from the applicant’s school (including department), using the correct official document format, or two letters of recommendation (choose one of the two options).
(3) An autobiography (including reason for internship, format not specified).
(4) Internship proposal, including objectives, items, methods, period, etc.

【Application Method】
(1) Prepare all the above documents and submit them to your university’s Career Guidance and Alumni Services Center by October 20. Late submissions will not be accepted.
(2) If providing two letters of recommendation directly, all documents must be mailed or delivered in person to the Education and Public Service Division of the museum’s administrative area by October 31 (postmark as proof). Please mark “Internship Application Documents” on the envelope.

【Important Notes】
(1) Internships must be completed in one continuous session. Split internships are not allowed. Based on the announcement date through to the end of the internship, total hours must not be less than 200 hours.
(2) The museum’s parking lot on Meishu East 2nd Road is a paid parking facility. Interns who park cars there must pay applicable fees. For details, visit the museum's website: https://reurl.cc/YWEynL
(3) Final list of accepted interns will be announced on the museum website (www.kmfa.gov.tw) before December 1.
