📍 Event Description:

Chou Szu-Chi, a well-known former professional baseball player in Taiwan, nicknamed “Chou Dong” and acclaimed as the “King of Plate Discipline in Asia.”

Not only a top athlete on the field, Chou Szu-Chi has been dedicated to developing grassroots baseball and nurturing talent. After retiring, he founded the Baseball Bud Foundation and established the Chou Szu-Chi Scholarship for Grassroots Baseball Talent, supporting young players in pursuing their dreams and cultivating Taiwan’s new generation of baseball athletes. His influence extends beyond sports to education and social welfare.

Hsu Yuan-Yi, also known as Fred (Chef Fred), is a Taiwanese chef, YouTuber, cooking show host, and private restaurant operator.

Originally a business student, he grew tired of a monotonous office life and decided to start anew. Returning to student life, he studied at the French Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, beginning his chef career with a deep connection to ingredients. Fred’s cooking style is free and unconventional; he believes that cooking should not be limited by menus or recipes but should be as creative and spontaneous as life itself, constantly challenging traditional methods.
