1. To honor outstanding achievements of foreign alumni who studied in Taiwan and to strengthen their connection with Taiwan, the Global Outstanding International Alumni Award was first launched in 2018 and is held every two years. The 5th selection will take place in 2026.

2. Eligibility: Foreign individuals who studied in Taiwan and completed a degree or an approved training program, with notable accomplishments or contributions in academia, business, politics, or the humanities.

3. Selection highlights:
(1) Quota: 5–10 awardees per round.
(2) Award: Winners will be invited to Taiwan for a recognition ceremony, experience sharing, and visits. Round-trip economy airfare and expenses will be covered. The 5th award ceremony is planned for November 2026.
(3) Nomination deadline: Submit recommendation forms to the “Professionalization Program Office for International Student Employment Counseling” (Taipei Medical University) by January 31, 2026.
