1. Conducted in accordance with the “Regulations Governing Vocational Training Institutions in Implementing Continuing Vocational Education and Evaluation.”

2. Important information regarding this implementation plan application is as follows:

(1) Continuing vocational education is divided into “senior secondary education level” and “junior college and above education level” courses, excluding master’s programs or higher. This implementation plan only accepts applications for “junior college and above education level” courses jointly conducted by vocational training institutions and “public or private colleges and universities.”

(2) “Junior college and above education level” courses are open to individuals aged 18 and above, or under 18 but qualified to apply for junior college or university admission.

3. Vocational training institutions intending to apply shall complete the implementation plan form as attached, and prepare the following attachments: a copy of the “Vocational Training Institution Establishment Certificate,” a copy of the “meeting minutes (including attendance sheet)” from meetings jointly held by the institution and partner school to plan and design the continuing vocational education courses, a copy of the “joint declaration of agreement to conduct continuing vocational education (including both parties’ seals),” and a copy of “documents proving the teaching venue complies with building and fire safety regulations (special industries must provide relevant supporting documents).” Attach these documents after the implementation plan. Incomplete submissions will be considered invalid.

4. Institutions applying for “continuing vocational education course approval” must fill out the application form and submit it, along with the jointly planned and designed implementation plan with the partner college or university, to the Ministry.

5. Please submit by July 4, 114 (Friday) based on the postmark date, with the vocational training institution preparing official documents and separately sending one bound copy of the implementation plan to Ms. Chen Yi-Zhen, Department of Technological and Vocational Education, Ministry of Education (No. 5, Nanhai Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City 100217) and to Ms. Huang Sheng-Jie, Continuing Education Promotion Task Force (P.O. Box 450, Qing-Tian Post Office, Taipei City 10699), overdue applications will not be accepted.
