To encourage Taiwanese youth aged 15 to 29 who are currently unemployed to develop key industrial skills, and to assist them in pursuing ideal career paths and enhancing job readiness, the Ministry of Labor offers the “New Industrial Elite Program” training courses, with a maximum subsidy of NT$100,000 for training fees. Participants who meet the eligibility criteria may also apply for a monthly learning incentive of NT$8,000, up to a total of NT$96,000.
