National Quemoy University 114 Academic Year 2nd Semester Student Full-Semester Off-Campus Internship Miscellaneous Fee Refund Announcement

一、For the 2nd semester of the 114 academic year, students who undertake full-year or full-semester off-campus internships may apply for miscellaneous fee refunds at their department office by 115/3/5 (Thursday).

二、Regulations for Processing Student Full-Semester Off-Campus Internship Miscellaneous Fee Refunds:
According to Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the “Guidelines for Offering Professional Internship Courses for Daytime Undergraduate Programs”, for students enrolled in off-campus internship courses for a full semester or full academic year, if they are interning entirely off-campus and are not taking other courses, tuition fees are charged in full, and miscellaneous fees are refundable up to four-fifths. Students may apply for refunds after the add/drop period and after confirmation by the department. If the department pays internship-related fees to the internship institution during the internship period, the student’s miscellaneous fees will not be reduced.

三、Related Processes and Forms for Miscellaneous Fee Refunds:

(一)Required Documents:
(1) National Quemoy University Student Off-Campus Internship Miscellaneous Fee Refund Application Form (downloadable from the school website – Career Guidance and Alumni Service Center – Regulations & Forms – [Forms] Internship-related forms).
(2) Copy of the student’s bankbook cover.
(3) Copy of payment proof from Bank of Taiwan.
(4) For students with student loans, provide a copy of the Bank of Taiwan collateral agreement and payment slip (payment slip can be printed from the Bank of Taiwan tuition & miscellaneous fee portal).

(二)Application Process:
(1) Students submit the application and required documents to their department office.
(2) The department collects all applications and submits them to the Career Guidance and Alumni Service Center for processing.
(3) Refunds will be issued sequentially after the review of applications.

四、Handling Units:
(一)Processing Unit: Career Guidance and Alumni Service Center.
(二)Review Units: Academic Affairs Division, Activity Guidance Division, Cashier Division.
