Mackay Smart Healthcare Class – AI Rising Talent Program

1. Program Overview:
   The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Medical Applications at Mackay School of Nursing and Management, in collaboration with Mackay Memorial Hospital, Microsoft Taiwan, ASUS, and Fanding Technology, is running the Ministry of Economic Affairs “AI Rising Talent Program – Mackay Smart Healthcare Class”. The program combines multiple resources to cultivate cross-disciplinary talent skilled in both AI technology and medical practice.

2. Next Session Dates:
   September 1, 115 – April 30, 116 (Taiwanese calendar; corresponds to 2026–2027)

3. Eligibility:

   • Participants must hold an associate degree or higher and not be employed full-time during the training (including recent graduates). They cannot be self-employed or company owners.

   • Each participant may join the AI Rising Talent Program only once. Those who withdraw are considered to have already participated. Participants cannot receive other government training subsidies during the program.

   • Target applicants: graduates in Nursing, Artificial Intelligence, Information Management, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.

4. Training Allowance:
   Participants will receive a monthly allowance during the program:

   • Professional training period: NT$20,000 per month

   • Corporate internship period: NT$30,000 per month

   • Note: Students cannot receive the allowance during the professional training period.

5. Program Cancellation:
   If the program does not recruit enough participants or fails to obtain approval for the 115th year, the organizers may announce cancellation.
