National Kinmen University 113-2 Full-Semester Off-Campus Internship Fee Refund Announcement
1. Students participating in full-year or full-semester off-campus internships during the 113-2 semester may apply for a miscellaneous fee refund through their department by March 7, 2025 (Friday).
2. Regulations for the refund of miscellaneous fees for full-semester off-campus internships:
According to Article 9, Section 3 of the "Regulations for Professional Internship Courses of the Day Division Undergraduate Program," students enrolled in off-campus internship courses for a full semester or academic year, who do not take any other courses, are required to pay full tuition, but only one-fifth of the miscellaneous fees. Refund applications can be processed after the course add/drop period and confirmation by the department. However, if the university department pays internship-related fees to the internship institution during the internship period, the tuition and miscellaneous fees will not be reduced.
3. Process and required documents for the refund of miscellaneous fees:
(1) Required documents:
- National Kinmen University Off-Campus Internship Miscellaneous Fee Refund Application Form (Download from the university website: Career Guidance & Alumni Services Center → Regulations & Forms → Internship Forms).
- A copy of the applicant’s bank passbook cover page.
- A copy of the Bank of Taiwan payment receipt.
- For student loan applicants, a copy of the Bank of Taiwan loan guarantee policy and payment receipt (printable from the Bank of Taiwan Tuition & Fees Portal).
(2) Application process:
- Students submit the application and required documents to their department office.
- The department collects and submits applications to the Career Guidance & Alumni Services Center.
- Refunds will be processed in order after review.
4. Processing units:
(1) Responsible unit: Career Guidance & Alumni Services Center.
(2) Reviewing units: Academic Affairs Section, Activity Guidance Section, and Cashier Section.
