[Announcement and Form] Applications for refund of internship and miscellaneous fees for the first semester of the 2013 academic year will be accepted starting from September 9th, and the application deadline will be September 27th.
National Kinmen University Announcement on the Refund of Miscellaneous Fees for Off-Campus Internships for Students in the First Semester of the 113th Academic Year
1. Students who have off-campus internships in the second semester of the 2012 academic year, and those who have off-campus internships throughout the academic year/semester, may apply to the department for a refund of miscellaneous fees before September 27, 2020 (Friday).
2. Regulations on handling miscellaneous fees for students’ off-campus internships throughout the semester:
According to the provisions of Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the "Guidelines for the Offering of Professional Internship Courses in the Day Department of the University", if "students take off-campus internship courses offered during the semester or academic year, if they have practiced in off-campus internship institutions throughout the semester and have not studied For other courses, the semester fee is limited to the full tuition fee and four-fifths of miscellaneous fees. Students can apply for a refund after the enrollment and withdrawal are completed and confirmed by the department. During the internship period, the school department (institution) will notify the student. If the internship institution pays internship-related fees, the tuition and miscellaneous fees will not be exempted.”
3. Processes and forms related to handling miscellaneous fee refunds:
(1) Required parts:
- Application form for refund of off-campus internship fees for National Kinmen University students. (Download the internship-related forms from the school website - Career Counseling and Alumni Service Center - Regulations Form - [Form])
- A photocopy of the cover of my bankbook.
- A copy of Taiwan bank payment certificate.
- If you are taking a student loan, please provide a copy of the policy and payment slip issued by the Taiwan Bank. (The payment slip can be printed from the Bank of Taiwan Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Portal)
(2) Application process:
- Students apply to the department and submit the completed application form to the department office.
- Department 1 will collect the application form and submit it to the Career Counseling and Alumni Service Center for processing.
- The refund time will be in order after the case is heard.
4. Handling unit:
(1) Organizer: Employment Counseling and Alumni Service Center.
(2) Review units: Academic Affairs Team, Activity Guidance Team, Cashier Team.
