Aki Wang is an artist who paints life with a cocktail glass. Every drink he crafts is a poem, a painting, a story.

From a world champion at the age of 19 to a legendary figure in the cocktail industry, Aki’s life mirrors his cocktails—rich in layers, with a lingering aftertaste.

He will share the diverse development paths of the bartending profession, from entrepreneurship to brand endorsement, from international competitions to education and training.

Aki will also introduce his unique "Five Elements Cocktail" concept, showing how Chinese traditional culture is incorporated into modern mixology, presenting bartending as an art form for cultural heritage.
