Details:

1. This is based on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs letter No. 1149300109 dated February 13, 2025.

2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is organizing this program to increase opportunities for youth exchange with international NGOs (INGOs) and to gain practical experience, with the goal of cultivating talents for international NGO affairs. The key details are as follows:

   (1) Number of Positions: 3-5 spots.

   (2) Eligibility:

   • Must be a Republic of China (Taiwan) citizen, aged between 18 and 35.
   • Must be a current student at a domestic university (those with international participation or domestic NGO internship experience are preferred), and recommended by the school (the recommender cannot be a member of the program’s selection committee).
   • Must have obtained confirmation of internship from the INGO.
   • Must have fluent language skills in English or the communication language required by the INGO (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with supporting language proficiency certificates.
   • Cannot receive other government subsidies concurrently.
   • Priority will be given to applicants with international exchange or NGO internship experience, or those who have participated in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' "NGO International Affairs Talent Training Program" or "International Youth Ambassador Exchange Program."

   (3) Subsidy:

   • 60% of the round-trip economy class airfare on the most direct flight route to the internship location, visa fees, and basic insurance premiums will be reimbursed with proof of expenses.
   • A monthly living stipend for the internship period (up to 2 months) will be provided, with a maximum total subsidy of NT$200,000.

   (4) Application Deadline: April 30, 2025.
