【實習對象】
國內外大學院校在校研究生、大專學生,以及對美術館相關實務訓練有興趣者均可申請。申請者應具備基本電腦操作能力,並依各實習部門所列技能或背景條件提出申請。
【實習期間】
116年1月19日(二)至116年6月4日(五)。
實習時段依申請部門分為「週一至週五」或「週二至週六」,每日實習時數原則以8小時計。實習應一次連續完成,不得分段,總實習時數不得少於200小時。

【實習內容】
依申請部門安排相關實務學習,內容包括美術館行政及營運管理、會計事務、展覽執行與策展、典藏資料整理、研究展覽及出版、藝術圖書業務、社群媒體經營、活動執行、攝影紀錄及行銷企劃等。
【實習津貼】
本實習不提供薪資。
【其他福利】
實習期間由高雄市立美術館提供意外傷害保險;實習生往返交通、食宿等相關費用由學生自行負擔。
【申請資格】
- 對美術館相關實務訓練及藝文相關工作有興趣者。
- 具備基本電腦操作及文書處理能力。
- 各實習部門另有不同專長或背景需求,如外語能力、文字處理、藝術史研究、攝影、美編、社群媒體經營、企劃及活動執行等,請依「實習生需求表」所列條件申請。

【注意事項】
- 116年1月19日至6月4日為全程實習期間,如預計無法配合全程實習或請假時數可能超過64小時者,請勿提出申請。
- 實習總時數不得少於200小時;請假時數不列入實習時數,如因請假致時數不足,須於實習期滿前補足。
- 事假、病假及曠職時數累計達64小時以上者,美術館得終止實習資格。
- 實習結束前須繳交2,000字實習心得報告;實習總成績未達70分者,不發給實習證明。
- 部分實習部門須自備筆記型電腦,請詳閱實習生需求表。
- 美術館平面停車場為收費停車場;汽車停放須依規定付費,機車得依相關規定申請停車優惠。
【Eligibility】
Current graduate and undergraduate students enrolled at universities and colleges in Taiwan or abroad, as well as individuals interested in practical training related to museum operations, are eligible to apply. Applicants should have basic computer skills and meet the skills or background requirements specified by the respective internship department.
【Internship Period】
January 19, 2027 – June 4, 2027
Depending on the department, internships will be scheduled either Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday. The standard internship schedule is 8 hours per day. The internship must be completed continuously and may not be divided into separate periods. The total internship hours must be at least 200 hours.
【Internship Departments】
A total of 7 internship positions are available, with 1 intern required for each position:
- Operations Management Department – Engineering & Administration
- Operations Management Department – Accounting Office
- Exhibition Department
- Collection Department
- Research & Development Department
- Education & Public Services Department
- Marketing, Planning & Social Resources Department

【Internship Location】

【Internship Duties】
Interns will participate in practical learning activities arranged by their respective departments. Duties may include museum administration and operations management, accounting, exhibition implementation and curatorial work, collection data organization, research and exhibition projects, publications, art library services, social media management, event execution, photographic documentation, marketing, and project planning.
【Internship Stipend】
No salary or stipend will be provided for this internship.
【Other Benefits】
The Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts will provide accident insurance during the internship period. Students are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, meals, and other related expenses.
【Eligibility Requirements】
- Applicants should be interested in practical training related to museums and work in the arts and cultural sector.
- Applicants should possess basic computer and word-processing skills.
- Different internship departments may have additional requirements regarding specific skills or backgrounds, such as foreign language proficiency, writing and editing, art history research, photography, graphic design, social media management, project planning, and event execution. Please apply according to the requirements listed in the “Internship Position Requirements.”

- One copy of the Internship Application Form.
- Either an official letter from the applicant’s university/college (including department) or two letters of recommendation. Applicants may choose either option.
- One copy of an autobiography/personal statement, including the reasons for applying for the internship. No specific format is required.
- One copy of an internship plan, including the internship objectives, projects, methods, and period.

【Important Notes】
- The internship period is January 19 to June 4, 2027, and interns are required to participate throughout the entire period. Applicants who cannot commit to the full internship period or anticipate taking more than 64 hours of leave should not apply.
- The total internship hours must be at least 200 hours. Leave hours are not counted toward internship hours. If the required hours are not met due to leave, interns must make up the missing hours before the end of the internship period.
- If the cumulative hours of personal leave, sick leave, and unexcused absence reach 64 hours or more, the Museum may terminate the intern’s eligibility.
- Before completing the internship, interns must submit a 2,000-word internship reflection report. An internship certificate will not be issued to interns whose final internship score is below 70 points.
- Some internship departments require interns to bring their own laptop. Please refer to the Internship Position Requirements for details.
- The Museum’s outdoor parking lot is a paid parking facility. Cars must pay parking fees in accordance with the regulations. Motorcycle parking discounts may be available upon application, subject to relevant regulations.
