【台灣高鐵(股)公司】114年度全年實習方案，114年2月27日截止申請。

【實習期間】114年7月1日～115年8月31日，共14個月。

【資格】大三以上在學學生，科系不限。(限本國籍)。

【類別】實習生(站務)、實習生(服勤)，若選擇兩種類別請於表單中做排序；若僅一個意願請於表單中應徵類別二註記 X，後續由台灣高鐵公司安排甄選類別。

【工作時間】依本公司勤務班表規定,需輪值早、晚班。

【工作地點】

實習生(站務)：高鐵全線 12 個車站(依志願序分發)。

實習生(服勤)：高鐵南港站、高鐵台中站、高鐵左營站(依志願序分發)。

【工作內容】

實習生(站務)：售票窗口、閘門驗票、便當販售、旅客服務台諮詢、月台安全監督。

實習生(服勤)：商務車廂服務、推車販售、旅客乘車導引、協助異常事件處理。

【實習待遇】NT$31,000/月(加班費/輪班津貼另計)。台灣高鐵公司提供勞保、健保、團保。

【報名表件】

１、人員資料表及自傳（附件三）（請一律用電腦打字，勿用書寫方式）。

２、近兩學期學生出勤紀錄表（須蓋學校核可章）。

３、歷年成績單（須蓋學校核可章）。

【報名方式】請於2月27日前將相關資料繳本校就業輔導暨校友服務中心(R446)。

【甄試流程】通過履歷篩選者將安排筆/面試，面試合格者於體檢通過後錄取。

【注意事項】

1. 實習前期將進行訓練，未通過將無法繼續實習，若無法配合請勿報名。

2. 實習期間無法回學校修課，請評估自身學分修習狀況。

3. 實習期間如遇運量高峰或連續假期須配合單位排班出勤。

Internship Period

From July 1, Academic Year 114 to August 31, Academic Year 115, totaling 14 months.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled students in their third year or above

• All majors accepted

• Taiwanese nationality only

Internship Categories

• Station Operations Intern

• Onboard Service Intern

If applying for both categories, please indicate your order of preference on the application form.
If applying for only one category, please mark “X” in Category 2. Final category assignment will be arranged by THSRC.

Working Hours

Based on company shift schedules; interns must be able to rotate between early and late shifts.

Work Locations

Station Operations Intern:

• All 12 THSRC stations nationwide (assigned according to preference ranking)

Onboard Service Intern:

• Nangang Station

• Taichung Station

• Zuoying Station
  (assigned according to preference ranking)

Job Responsibilities

Station Operations Intern:

• Ticket counter services

• Ticket gate inspection

• Bento sales

• Passenger service counter assistance

• Platform safety supervision

Onboard Service Intern:

• Business class cabin service

• Trolley sales

• Passenger boarding guidance

• Assisting with irregular or emergency situations

Internship Compensation & Benefits

• NTD 31,000 per month
  (Overtime pay and shift allowances calculated separately)

• Labor Insurance, National Health Insurance, and Group Insurance provided by THSRC

Required Application Documents

1. Personal Information Form and Autobiography (Attachment 3)
   (Must be typed; handwritten submissions are not accepted)

2. Attendance Records for the Most Recent Two Semesters
   (Must bear official school stamp)

3. Academic Transcripts from All Years
   (Must bear official school stamp)

Application Method

Please submit all required documents to the Career Guidance and Alumni Services Center (Room R446) by February 27.

Selection Process

Applicants who pass the document screening will be invited to written and/or interview assessments.
Final admission is subject to passing the medical examination.

Important Notes

1. Pre-internship training is required. Those who fail the training will not be allowed to continue the internship. Please do not apply if you cannot comply.

2. Interns will not be able to take university courses during the internship period. Please carefully evaluate your credit requirements before applying.

3. During peak travel periods or consecutive public holidays, interns must cooperate with assigned work schedules.
