【實習對象】現就讀於國內外高中職或大學院校（含研究所），對博物館經營管 理、科技教育、典藏研究、展示規劃及相關實務訓練有特別需要及興趣者，均可向本館公服組提出申請。
【實習期間】

(一)實習生的實習時數不得少於 200 小時，得跨年度累計實習時數， 惟跨年度實習應每年依本實施計畫規範，重新提出申請。期限以 畢業前實習完畢為原則，如有特殊情形，得由實習組室視需要簽 奉館長核准後辦理。

(二)實習生之出勤時間如下：

1.原則為每日上午八時三十分至十二時三十分；下午一時三十分 至五時三十分，實習組室得視需求調整，並應簽到退或以刷卡 方式辦理（如附表一）。

2.為配合業務需要，實習組室得視情形，於實習時數不得少於 200 小時之原則下規範實習生採彈性及輪休方式出勤，惟仍需比照 勞工休假原則給予適時休息。

【報名表件】

(一)受理期間每年三至五月，本館受理學校選派或老師推薦申請，申 請資料函送或逕寄公服組處理。若因特殊狀況或應組室業務需 求，經業務組室相關人員同意，學校或學生得不定期專案提出申 請。

(二)填報申請書（如附表二）乙份，並備齊下列資料，於受理期間內 2 提出，如因特殊狀況或應組室業務需求提出者，可隨時提出： 1.就讀學校（含系所）之公函或系主任推薦或導師、教授、講師 之推薦函一封。 2.如為外國人士需提供中文能力證明乙份。 3.自傳。 4.實習計畫書（含實習理由等），含實習目標、期間、預計前往組 室、預期成果等。 5.個人資料蒐集、處理及利用告知事項表(如附表三)。

【報名方式】有意申請之學生，於4月17日前將報名表件送至本中心辦理，或得於5月5日前由學生逕行向科學工藝博物館提出申請。

【注意事項】實習生於本館實習期間，皆不支給任何報酬（薪資、和津貼）、不供宿、不保險。確定錄取之實習生需請學校提供學生保險證明，或提供自行投保意外險證明。未滿18歲學生，另需檢附「國立科學工藝博物館實習家長（監護人）同意書」，以完成實習之確認作業。

[National Science and Technology Museum] 115 Academic Year Summer Internship Program
Internal Deadline: April 17

Eligibility:
Open to students currently enrolled in domestic or international high schools, vocational schools, colleges, or universities (including graduate students) with interest in museum management, science education, collections research, exhibition planning, or related practical training. Applications are submitted to the Museum’s Public Service Division.

Internship Period:

• Minimum 200 hours, cumulative across years allowed with annual re-application; must be completed before graduation unless otherwise approved.

• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM; flexible scheduling and rotating shifts allowed, following labor rest principles.

Application Method:
Submit documents to your school for forwarding to the Museum by April 17, or students may apply directly to the Museum by May 5.

Notes:

• Interns receive no salary, allowance, housing, or insurance.

• Accepted interns must provide proof of school insurance or personal accident insurance.

• Interns under 18 must submit a Parental/Guardian Consent Form.
