【實習對象】
我們對實習生的期待：
我們不怕實習生說「我不會」，只怕實習生說「我不願意」。
我們期待實習生「很積極」，很積極幫忙各項事物；
「很主動」，主動發現可以幫忙的部分，主動協助、發現問題、解決問題。

【實習期間】
1.暑期實習：114年07月01日至08月31日 (以一次能完整實習兩個月者，優先錄取，暑期實習恕不以時數、天數計算實習期間）
2.實習時間：週一至週五08：30-12：00、13：30-18：00，每日8小時。
＊12：00～13：30午餐時間；本會不供餐，實習生需自行外出吃飯。
 PS.如遇週六、日有活動需外出支援時，會先徵詢實習生時間上能否配合支援。

 實習生六、日若有外出支援，平日可另外擇日休息。

【實習單位】公益活動及企劃執行、節目製播、新聞採訪

【申請資格】
1.具工作熱忱、不遲到、不早退、能配合支援機構各項業務。
2.具學習企圖心、謙和有禮。
3.具美工、拍照、攝影及後製美工、影片編修軟體專長者優先錄取。
4.曾當志工、具志願服務相關經驗優先錄取。

【報名方式】請至本會網站線上填寫「學生實習個人履歷表」(填寫期限至115年4月19日晚上12時截止)，填妥提交給本會，由企畫部安排面試（面試日期暫訂為114年4月26日上午10時，地點：臺南市中西區健康路一段22號，勝利之聲廣播公司），確認錄取後，需由系辦公室正式發函至本會提出實習申請。

Internship Eligibility

We welcome interns who are proactive and enthusiastic.

• We do not mind if interns say "I don’t know," but we hope they never say "I’m unwilling."

• We expect interns to be active in helping with various tasks and take initiative to identify areas where they can assist, discover problems, and contribute to solving them.

Internship Period

1. Summer Internship: July 1 – August 31, 2025 (priority will be given to applicants who can commit to the full two months; summer internship will not be calculated based on hours or days).

2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–12:00, 13:30–18:00 (8 hours per day).

   • Lunch break: 12:00–13:30 (lunch not provided; interns are responsible for their own meals).

   • If weekend activities require support, interns will be consulted in advance to see if they can assist.

   • For weekends worked, interns may take a weekday day off as compensation.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. Passionate and responsible, punctual, and willing to support all agency tasks.

2. Eager to learn, polite, and courteous.

3. Skills in graphic design, photography, video editing, or post-production software are preferred.

4. Prior volunteer experience is an advantage.

Application Method

• Submit the Student Internship Personal Resume online through the foundation website before April 19, 2025, 23:59.

• The Planning Department will arrange interviews (tentatively scheduled for April 26, 2025, 10:00 AM) at the Voice of Victory Broadcasting Company, 22, Section 1, Jiankang Road, West Central District, Tainan City.

• Once accepted, the student’s department office must officially issue an internship application to the foundation.
