【法務部】115年大學校院在學學生實習觀護工作實施方案Ministry of Justice – 2026 Internship Program for University Students (Probation/Correctional Work)

【實習對象】大學校院教育、社會、社會工作、社會福利、心理、輔導、法律、公民訓育、犯罪防治、兒童福利等相關科系所,得推薦品學兼優、身心健康、具有服務熱忱,志願實習觀護工作之研究生及二、三、四年級學生,至地檢署實習觀護工作。

【實習期間】實習學生於暑假實習者,實習期間以六週為原則;於學期中實習者,以配合學校實習期間為原則。

【實習內容】
(一) 個案調查分析:
1.研擬個案輔導計畫:協助辦理保護管束個案輔導計畫之研擬事項。
2.個案之分級分類調查與分析:協助辦理蒐集並分析保護管束案件分級分類處遇事項。
3.撤銷假釋原因之調查與分析:協助辦理保護管束案件撤銷假釋原因之調查與分析。
4.案件追蹤與評估:就執行期滿之保護管束案件協助進行成效之追蹤與評估研究。
(二) 團體輔導:
協助地檢署觀護人室以團體輔導之方式辦理心理輔導、宗教教化、家庭婚姻諮商、職業輔導、反毒教育或其他有益身心健康之團體輔導活動。
(三) 法治教育宣導:
協助規劃開辦常態性「法律教室」,宣導法律知識,增強受保護管束人知法守法觀念。
(四) 社會資源瞭解與運用
1.個案轉介:協助辦理受保護管束人個案之轉介工作。
2.調查轄區內社會資源:協助與社會支援體系連繫,辦理觀護工作。
(五) 其他經地檢署審認可供大學校院在學學生實習觀護工作之項目。

Ministry of Justice – 2026 Internship Program for University Students (Probation/Correctional Work)

Eligibility / Target Interns:

  • Graduate students and 2nd–4th year undergraduates majoring in Education, Social Work, Social Welfare, Psychology, Counseling, Law, Civic Education, Crime Prevention, Child Welfare, or related fields.

  • Recommended students should be academically excellent, physically and mentally healthy, and enthusiastic about serving in probation/correctional work.

Internship Period:

  • Summer internships: Typically 6 weeks.

  • Semester internships: Coordinated with the school’s academic schedule.

Host Units / Locations:

  • Local District Prosecutors’ Offices (see detailed quota and contact list).

Internship Tasks:

  1. Case Investigation & Analysis

    • Assist in developing guidance plans for probation cases.

    • Conduct classification and analysis of probation cases.

    • Investigate and analyze reasons for parole revocation.

    • Track and evaluate completed probation cases.

  2. Group Counseling

    • Assist with psychological counseling, religious guidance, family/marriage counseling, career guidance, anti-drug education, or other beneficial group activities.

  3. Legal Education & Awareness

    • Support planning and running regular “Law Classes” to promote legal knowledge and awareness among probationers.

  4. Social Resource Understanding & Application

    • Assist in case referrals and connect with local social support systems to aid probation work.

  5. Other Tasks

    • As approved by the District Prosecutors’ Offices and suitable for university students.

Application Procedure:

  • Fill out the recommendation form and submit it via the department to the relevant District Prosecutors’ Office.
