Hsinchu County Government – 2026 Digital Innovation Youth Employment Program

1. The Hsinchu County Government, in collaboration with enterprises and universities, has been running a youth employment internship platform since 2023. The program includes digital innovation skill courses, company matching, internship support, and final presentations. Many outstanding interns have secured full-time positions after completing the program, creating a win-win for companies and youth.

2. Entering its fourth year in 2026, the program has expanded to include more companies from Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli, and universities. To meet the demands of the AI era and trends among Gen Z job seekers, this year’s program introduces two key upgrades:

   • A project-based internship format with at least 45 days of practical experience.

   • Expanded eligibility to include recent graduates within one year of graduation, in addition to current university students.
