【環境部Ministry of Environment】115年企業ESG人才培育計畫-青年企業實習，7/15截止。2026 Corporate ESG Talent Development Program – Youth Enterprise Internship (Applications Open Until July 15)

【實習對象】
具中華民國國籍，民國85年1月1日至民國96年9月1日間出生，且對環境永續議題具熱忱、願意參與後續培力與行動實作之青年。

【實習期間】
115年9月至10月，至少2個月；實際實習期間、時數及排班方式由實習單位與實習生雙方議定。

【實習單位】
環境部115年企業ESG人才培育計畫合作企業；實習職缺預計於115年6月12日公告。。

【實習地點】
依各合作企業公告之實習職缺地點為準。

【實習內容】
參與企業ESG與環境永續相關專案，包含淨零轉型、生物多樣性、環境教育等永續議題，並透過實際解題及跨部門協作，培養議題洞察與專案執行能力。

【實習津貼】
依實習企業與實習生雙方議定；企業應依法給予合理之實習津貼或薪資。

【其他福利】
錄取實習生可參與職場素養培訓，內容包含ESG永續基礎概念、職場倫理及實習管理與紀錄說明；實習期間並安排聯繫輔導及現地訪視。

【注意事項】

Applicants must:

Hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality.
Be born between January 1, 1996 and September 1, 2007.
Have strong interest in environmental sustainability issues and willingness to participate in further training and practical projects.

September to October 2026 (minimum 2 months)
The actual internship period, working hours, and schedule will be determined through mutual agreement between the internship organization and interns.

Partner companies participating in the 2026 Corporate ESG Talent Development Program organized by the Ministry of Environment.
Internship positions are expected to be announced on June 12, 2026.

Locations will be based on the internship positions announced by each partner company.

Interns will participate in corporate ESG and environmental sustainability projects, including:

Through practical problem-solving experiences, interns will develop skills in issue analysis, project execution, and sustainability practices.

Determined through agreement between the internship company and intern.
Participating companies are required to provide reasonable internship allowances or compensation in accordance with regulations.

Selected interns will receive:

Workplace competency training, including:
- Basic ESG and sustainability concepts
- Workplace ethics
- Internship management and documentation guidance
Internship support services, including:
- Regular guidance and communication
- On-site internship visits

Each applicant may select up to 5 internship positions. A separate internship proposal must be submitted for each position.
Admission results are expected to be announced before August 7, 2026. Position confirmation and replacement procedures will be completed by August 14, 2026.
Selected interns must participate in workplace competency training, guidance visits, submission of internship outcomes, and final sharing sessions.
During the internship, interns must comply with organizational regulations, confidentiality requirements, and safety guidelines. Violations may result in cancellation or termination of internship eligibility.
