（一） 請閱讀填寫流程，填寫徵才資料時請盡可能詳細、確實，俾迅速將徵才訊息刊登至成為 🔗本中心「職缺資訊/徵才活動」專區，供學生、求職/轉職者查詢。Please review the application instructions and provide complete and accurate recruitment information. Detailed information will help us promptly publish your job openings in the [🔗Job Openings / Recruitment Events] section of the Center’s website, where students and job seekers can search for employment opportunities.

（二） 須上傳之資料為登記機關核准貴公司商業登記之核准函或「全國商工行政服務入口網」商工登記資料之商業登記資料查詢網站之「商業登記基本資料」、或依商業登記法第25條規定請求商業所在地主管機關就已登記事項發給之證明書。(擇一上傳) 

Please upload one of the following documents as proof of your business registration:

• The approval letter issued by the competent authority for your company’s business registration;
• The Basic Business Registration Information obtained from the Business Registration Information website of the National Business Administration Service Portal; or
• A certificate issued by the competent authority where the business is located, in accordance with Article 25 of the Business Registration Act.

（三） 審核期間約0-2天，審核通過後即刊登於 🔗本中心「職缺資訊/徵才活動」專區，不另行通知。  The review process generally takes approximately 0–2 business days. Once approved, the recruitment information will be published in the [🔗Job Openings / Recruitment Events] section of the Center’s website. No separate notification will be sent.

二、 徵才注意事項Recruitment Guidelines

（一） 徵才內容須符合勞動基準法、性別工作平等法等相關法定規章之規定，如薪資、工時、性別等，如違反相關法令規章，則不予刊登。 All recruitment information must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Labor Standards Act and the Act of Gender Equality in Employment, particularly regarding wages, working hours, and gender equality. Recruitment information that violates relevant laws or regulations will not be published.

（二） 為確實瞭解學生工讀環境與地點，並保障本校學生權益與安全，本網站不接受派遣業者刊登，敬請見諒(受政府機關委託辦理人才招募，並出具相關證明文件者除外)。 To ensure a safe working environment and protect the rights and safety of our students, recruitment agencies and labor dispatch companies are not permitted to post job openings on this website, except for government-commissioned recruitment programs with relevant supporting documents.

（三）學校具有刊登與否之權限。The University reserves the right to determine whether recruitment information will be published.
