 2025儲備幹部暨實習計畫 徵求條件

  1. 歡迎應屆畢業生及社會新鮮人(儲備幹部)
  2. 歡迎大三及大四在學學生(實習計畫)
  1. 對精品、化妝品或民生消費品與零售產業有興趣。
  2. 具備良好溝通、談判能力。
  3. 具強烈自我成長需求,喜愛有挑戰性的工作。
  4. 想更了解HR產業的職涯發展。
  5. 儲備幹部為一週5天的全職工作,實習生每週需至少能配合3天以上。

2025 Management Trainee & Internship Program – Candidate Requirements:

  • Management Trainees: Recent graduates or entry-level professionals.

  • Internship Program: University juniors or seniors.

  • Interested in luxury, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industries.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Motivated for personal growth and enjoys challenging work.

  • Curious about career development in HR.

  • Management trainees: full-time, 5 days/week.

  • Interns: minimum 3 days/week availability.
