本中心依照教育部114年6月23日修正發布「🔗專科以上學校產學合作實施辦法」第6條之1第1項第3款辦理本校學生校外實習保險。

• 依照最新年度由上至下排序(115→114學年度)，如有加保、退保、理賠等疑問請洽詢本中心082-313741。
• 如有投保需求之單位，請於學生實習前 15 日將申請表EXCEL檔回傳 easc@nqu.edu.tw，另紙本申請表核章後回傳本中心；如已確認實習期程，亦可提早申請投保。

 

The Center administers student off-campus internship insurance in accordance with Article 6-1, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3 of the “Regulations Governing Industry-Academia Cooperation in Junior Colleges and Institutions of Higher Education”, as amended and promulgated by the Ministry of Education on June 23, 2025.

• Information is listed in descending order by academic year (2026 → 2025). For inquiries regarding enrollment, withdrawal, claims, or other insurance matters, please contact the Center at 082-313741.

• Units requiring insurance coverage should return the Excel application form to easc@nqu.edu.tw at least 15 days before the student’s internship begins, and submit the signed and stamped hard copy to the Center. If the internship schedule has been confirmed, applications may be submitted in advance.
